I do not know.
I am aware that xTV and AT&T have been working on this for a while so I would expect that some form of tacit consent would have been given for the release.
Nil corrections have been forthcoming from AT&T and I would expect if any announcement of this substance was released by a company like AT&T or xTV on their behalf it wouldn't be hot air from a credibility point of view.
Binding or not, something worth following up.
Just my thoughts, I don't have any direct evidence.
