I will be ever so slightly annoyed if we do not get an update about Bodyguard tomorrow. Why?
- We were told by way of a material announcement that P&G had the first right of refusal to commercialize. They have 60 days.
- If they do or do not exercise that first right of refusal within the stipulated timeframe (60 days, which expires Saturday), in my view it is material (whether an extension is granted, whether they choose to walk away, or whether they take it up - they are all "material" events given the previous announcement history, and therefore necessitate an announcement at the 60 day period).
