3D is the deal changer for me.
These machine very likely to be used for video confercencing first. I work in corpotate world. Fly people in and out cost millions a year. This will allow them direct 3D streaming telec conferencing. You seen lot of movies nowadays that using the same technology to communicate people around the world.

Cisco offer these but only normal streaming not 3D.

This technology very helpful for long distance learning, banking etc as specialist can speak to you directly over the net. This would save you lot of money especially in rural towns or where there are skill shortages.

They are developing mobile app which specialise for personal TV etc.

By the way, american pay to watch tvs so it is a huge market for xtv.

I believe they will close their first deal soon. TPT company been around for years. Integrated with cloudTV is a new era.

Youtube has live streaming and so facebook now but not in 3D. The compnay pay big bucks for this technology.
The buy option is a smart strategy.

Their leadership team is well connected with AT&T.

Remember facebook is not something new nor other technologies out there. Howevever be able to attract and partnership with big clients is the differences.

1st critital milestone - finalise TPT acquistion in couple of weeks.
2nd locked down 1.8M deal with AT&T
3rd sign the agreement with AT&T for 93m.

The letter of intent has conditions as long those conditions are met then the deal is closed. Big corporate dont send out letter of intent to purchase for nothing. They have to negotiate for months and test the technology is working hence they sponsor the roadshow to expand into different market.
What you watch on internet is free and personal use however AT&T offer their pay channels and direct streaming in 3D is the selling point.
