if it is this would be huge! EdenCrete would get fantastic publicity which would put them on the road to riches. My only doubt is whether they can produce enough EdenCrete to meet the demand for this project. I would suggest that Governor Nathan Deal would be very eager to ensure that EdenCrete gets a "prestige" project like this as it would make him and the whole incentive deal look like a real winner i.e. tax payers money being well spent!

Thanks for the GDOT Project link. Georgia as you probably know has one of the largest budgets in the US for infrastracture improvements over the next 12 months. I believe it is ca. US$10 billion. I am sure that EdenCrete will get the nod for plenty of these projects. Even small to medium size projects will put them on the path to success!
