Bacci, the point you try to make is shallow.

The reality is that polls show Labor and Liberal have support of the vast bulk of the population followed by the Greens. The other disparate groups are just a small percentage and their support doesn’t extend far beyond their active members.

If you have the LNP and Labor and the Greens commanding some 90% of the votes and then you share the remaining 10% between Xenophon, Family first, Shooters Party, Jackie Lambie Party, Liberal Democrat Party, PUP, Glen Lazarus Party, ALA and various other tin pot groups including informal voters it means that the new Hard Right ALA would have a fraction of the support in that 10%. Xenophon Party would have the largest part with the best chance of securing a guernsey in both the Senate and Reps. not much left

Thats the reality. Just because a small group gets together and causes a bit of commotion at protest rallies or roll up at meetings, or concentrate on a singular forum on this site, its clear that their support is still very very narrow. The few that don’t fit into the mainstream.

    cheers
