Agree - this stock is now a hold stock as opposed to "Buy and dump" due to past volatility
Fonterra is also going Organic in NZ too (not just Darnum plant in Melbourne)
Fonterra is now adding $1.75 premium on top of their base rate!
$4.15 (base) + $1.75 (premium) = $5.90 per kg milk

Fonterra has about 10,500 milk suppliers as opposed to Synlait's 201 milk suppliers.
FY18 is looking good! Organic certification takes 1.5 - 3 years to achieve. So if they have started that process beginning of this year, BAL should see even more supplies in FY18-FY19... Not just FY17 that's been discussed
I would put BAL in a 3 year horizon....... unless a black swan event happens.
