re: rights issue issue stone pony Look, the dilution has already happened. Holders can either sell the right now at .27 or invest another .63 and sell the share at .90. Both choices point to the same thing - they both indicate that the underlying asset is currently worth around 90 cents.
The effect of the dilution occured when the shares started trading ex-rights. If you don't know about these things then you are playing a dangerous game as the market does not take prisoners.
