one need only look at the other Cobalt stocks flying to realise what terrible timing it was for management to do this highly dilutive raising now at such a discount

Ive watched BPL BAR CNJ all triple with what I consider inferior Cobalt deposits and RER has halved thanks to their decision

Had they only waited a few weeks for the Cobalt story to build they could very easily have gotten this raising away at much higher levels resulting in much less dilution

Hard not to be disappointed
