Whereu, to explain what the Scriptures teach I will need to dissect your question.
The Scriptures teach that Jesus is a "Mighty God".- Isaiah 9:6. Satan too is spoken of as the "god of this system of things".- 2 Corinthians 4:4.
Jehovah's Witnesses follow Jesus' instruction:
“It is written, ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.’”
If you were to ask people, 'Who is that worships Jehovah'? , what sort of an answer would you expect?
To call Jesus an Archangel could lead to confusion. There is only one. He is THE Archangel.
Since the word polytheist/ ism is not found in the Scriptures, you be the judge.
Paul summed it up nicely this way:
(1 Corinthians 8:5, 6) For even though there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth, just as there are many “gods” and many “lords,” there is actually to us one God, the Father, from whom all things are and we for him; and there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things are and we through him.
