They are breeding plants and will export seed but there is no barrier that I can see for that plant once mature to produce seed. I just can't see a premium when selling into 3rd world countries. I need to have further read and see if they are able to produce plants that will no longer produce viable seed otherwise there is no barrier to another person breeding that seed and calling it a "natural "variation? Barrier is that a competitor must grow out and produce plants and seed at commercial quantity.
