@Skol , at the end of the day, who cares about your property successes, owning the home i live in is enough, i'm not that old to have purchased a house in 1978 for $5000, only to wait till now to reap the rewards. I prefer being in my early 30's and making 500+% on the gold stocks i've traded for the past 5 years. Not all of BUY and HOLD the gold stocks long term.
