I do not know - you should ask Georgian Govt. However, it won't be exactly $25M in cash and won't be right now. IN these $25M (precisely up to US$24.76) is included a grant of 45 hectares of industrial land and all the financial assistance plus incentives from Georgia Govt is conditional upon Eden establishing the plant (of a cost US$67M). All that potential assistance will be provided over a period of next 20 yrs. 20 years, man, maybe I, and many of us, will be in Eden by then!
