Would the money received by December last year be AT&T, and therefore the highest possible revenue, since AT&T is the biggest telco in the world?

Regarding the bandwidth issue, I've done a word search in a few of the main announcements, and haven't found "bandwidth" mentioned. Definitely one to follow up on with management. Recently in Australia, there's been some price cutting, and so many people signed up with Vodafone, which resulted in downloads suddenly falling to an unusable level in the late afternoon in my area. Also, I think I read that PSF are talking about free gaming, big events, and app downloads, which would all use much more data than normal.
