Ive had a look through 3b and prospectus and form what i can see, out of the 540 mill you mention, the only dilution we will see in 2016 will be Tranche 1 and 2 of earn out shares , (if revenue exceeds 5 mill and NPAT 1.5 mill), which is about 125 mill shares. Although its now end of april so not sure if these will be applicable. 10 mill options ex 3.6 in the money now. 7 mill options ex 7 cents. The rest is in escrow, including the 257 mill consideration shares. so basically not much is hitting the market any time soon. If tranches and oppies go through then be about 400 mill on market in july. Take note that if the tranches go through, then it means we are getting at least 5 mill revenue which will put sp far above todays price.
