With the massive write down in H1 , that point you are talking about has probably been reached. The time frame of only 6 months between purchase and write down is certainly telling. My other point is that CA is murky at best , because if BOD relied on DD, as did the banks to approve loan, and all their guidance was as per this DD , CA is not as certain as some assume, imo
