Absolutely, I'm one of the 4 million downloadsand... I still have the app installed!
Again, to clear up a misconception... if you want to able to make a receive phone calls whilst using WorldPhone, you need to change your SIM over.
The alternative is global data roaming with your home country sim (likely expensive) or rely on Wifi hotspots and only have connectivity when you are in range.
WorldPhone doesn't miraculously provide data coverage... it needs one of the three above to allow users to use its features.
