Until the company secures a greater slice of the ownership structure over both JV's all of this is white noise - they've had years to alter the arrangement but allowed themselves to pour in capital, expertise and still have next to nothing to show in terms of the ownership pie.
You'd think that would be the first priority here - securing a greater slice, instead, it appears the allocation of performance rights is of more importance to those in charge.
