So we are giving them 1 MLX + 8c (worth $1.14) for 4.5 ABY (worth 4.5x .29 = $1.305)
I looks to me like market value, given MLX is down today and ABY is up.
Way to see it though is as Netsua says - we get the cash pile, which I thought was $48m, locked up in ABY by the T/O dealings and the Nifty mine (which MLX tech staff have now inspected and had access to the ABY data room) and the satellite exploration prospects for $25 plus the exchange of shares.
I would put an extra dollar on MLX for this - may take a little time to sink in though.
