re: will ann raise the sp.....no Doubletake on that ac. Just read the announcement again and it states that the extra options will go to existing optionholders who sub-underwrite their own options on a firm basis. The underwriters fee is 4%, not 5% as I stated. Agree that it seems unnecessary to raise more capital now though, but it could be nice for someone taking up the offer.
