Not sure Specy what planet you are living on. I guess I have much more experience dealing with the big end of town than you. No disrespect, but its a fact.
You completely missed the entire underlying strategy of the DRG.
I don't give a rats about DRG not running the plant, in fact I would be telling them its child's play, get the cash and head out of Dodge pronto is my suggestion. If you can't see that DRG see PGI as a big fat bogged cow for milking then I can't help you.
