Goblin ... How are you ? ..Your ALZ ..is going to depend on what they can do in land development division , they have taken on some density development in some weird and wonderful places . 2 sites near my subdivision in Cranbourne ..Camden green ( not a bad site ) and Carlisle Park ( a shocker ..BUZZZZING power lines ) .. chuck the city stuff into the mix they can do okey , but lands gotta hold stong to pay the divvs .
The medium density to a little ahead of its time ..but TOOOOOOT ..ttoooot .. Anyhow I hope .
