Mate, this is a long term project and not just a one off. We already have built subs so not as if we are totally green.
From what I understand workers will go to France to learn and we will have the French come over here to supervise and train people on the job, by the time the second one is built we should have a fully trained work force to build the remaining 10 subs
You also underestimate the economic benefits of spending the money to build in Australia
