That is a concern on market of total shares issues after 2-3 yrs if new investors who want to build up a sizeable position on xTV (Venture capital, cornerstone or Sophis inventors). without new blood is hard to go further up on share price but just can't ignore these large number shares on the market

Assumed xTV are able to self funding without issues any new share to grow its business in next 3 yrs,
all above shares and options together are over 2b already.
If xTV is lucky enough to generate $200m revenue per yr we could see its Mc reach to minm $400m?
