Yeah it's been covered before but here's goes again.
The CDI will not be consolidated, however the ratio to CDI to Common will change in accordance with the RS ratio.
Ie, if the RS to common stock is 10/1. Then the CDI will no longer represent 1/6 of a common stock share. They will then represent 1/60 of the underlying common stock.
Hopefully this makes sense.
