In my humble opinion And in my interpretation of what I have read Jake has it right and with all due respect Unifollower is interpreting it wrongly. It is quite clearly stated that there will be no consolidation of the CDI's therefore at a 10:1 consolidation one UNIS share will be equal to 60 UNS CDI's.
The sobering part about this for me is that this means UNIS has to be $60.00 for UNS to be $1.00.
