ASIC are getting more teeth (more money) in the budget so they can investigate illegal practices in the Financial arena ( mainly banks). How about a "collective" from here raise a "kerfuffel" via an online petition re the ASX turning a blind eye to the bot situation ?
Get ASIC officially engaged.
Or.... IF... "somehow"... the situation went public.... ASIC would almost be obliged to respond publicly in a pre-election mode, wouldn't they ? This is the time where any PUBLIC question raised to a politician or political "arm" (ASIC) would be difficult to deflect or ignore.
Who among us has access to a reporter of any note ?
