Rest assured, Frikkie, that the issue of legal costs will NOT derail the minorities cause. Regardless of what investigation, resultant action and associated costs that ASIC may undertake in the various matters we have raised with them, minorities have the resources to bring about and prosecute whatever court proceedings against Nkwe / Zijin / Genorah will eventually be necessary.

Our leader has on-going access to a range of top level legal advice at rates that keep our costs to a minimum ... and although it may be necessary for individual minorities to eventually contribute in some way towards our overall costs, the large number of group members involved will ensure that such contributions would be very manageable.

I know that a number of our group members ( such as myself ) with larger holdings than the average of shares and expired options have already indicated their willingness to contribute extra.

So don't worry ... We will ensure that we have whatever it takes financially to kick this arrogant and greedy company up the ar$%e ... There will be NO derailment for minorities.

... but I can't say the same for the opposition.
