My guess/hope is they settle out of court.
It will greatly depend on how the outcome of the case is tracking - whether its a 1 off payment or maybe a higher payment spread out of a set period - will greatly depend on if Hank is after a good $$$ outcome for a spiteful one.
Either way the sooner it is resolved the better for all YOW SH.
