You really should have done your research. JP and BM own Digital4ge, which is essentially a startup incubator. This has never been a secret. Their first startup was RFN which was founded by the pair. Their second is VAMP which is mainly run by BM and another guy who came to them with the idea, with JP helping them. They will probably launch another business in the next 12 months, and another after that. That's their business model.
