Continuous disclosure is one thing and your first paragraph is absolutely correct and near verbatim of the rules however the statements in the presentation create an incorrect illusion and that needs to be clarified by the AHF Board as it may well have a material impact on the share price. But this only applies after settlement date of CDC not before.
From an ODFA perspective it appears the Camperdown facility is merely a vehicle for their processing. Maybe the AHF Board are considering buying out ODFA outright and the presentation is alluding to this and that would cause a material shift in the share price, if not then the presentations seeks to create an artificial view by intent. Either way, seeking clarity from the AHF Board is not unreasonable.
