IMO,
CM8 will need to use its free cash flow To continue expanding on a global scale by way of marketing, advertising and further acquisitions rather than just paying off debt for years on end

CM8 requires plenty of cash to grow and establish its presence in global markets against competitors now

I know Dom has stated that a CR is not on the cards but imo this would be necessary to convince the market that cm8 will use its free cash flows on expansion and that there are supporters- backers willing to take up shares in a CR

IMO, with such a small share registry -

Dom would complete a CR if he knew that the shares would be taken up by major investors or institutions

A CR to wipe off at least half the debt is necessary

The initial CR for the Track acquisition resulted in a huge shortfall

DYOR
