Sharks, IMO, it goes beyond the restructuring of the debt at lower rates
The amount of debt $19m in the balance sheet ( not including earn out due) is vital
Destra corporation had revenues of over $100m and NPAT of $10m - but the high levels of debt from aggressive expansion left it struggling as it continued to establish a foothold in markets
A small company of around $35m capitalisation with a $19m debt on it balance sheet imo does not look favourable
