I email Glyn this morning (before today's announcement). Here is my query:

"I was keen to see the P&G update regarding the PDA and various work plans. It all looks positive for the company and so I am largely satisfied as a shareholder.

I must, however, express my concern about the vagueness and lack of specifics regarding all of the various the projects in place. A lot of the announcement was also very confusing, particularly with the many references to "licenses", "licensing term sheets" (some "executed" and others not) "Wave I", "Wave II" - terms which themselves  are somewhat vacuous without tangible products identified and any revenue figures forecast.  It is obvious in the announcement that the company is forecasting the full commercial rollout of at least 2 or 3 products and, given OBJ is responsible for manufacturing the microarrays for each product, estimating the scale of the roll out is obviously within the company's capabilities. So it really doesn't seem a great leap to suggest that OBJ is also in a position to forecast revenue (with all the qualifications that obviously come with revenue forecast projections).

So my query is really a simple one. When will  the company provide any information relating to the actual revenue expected to be generated from P&G licenses to the market? As a shareholder this is what I am principally concerned about."

And here is his reply just received: "We have had to have this approved by P&G who are very sensitive about disclosing when the various products will be globally rolled out.
But in a nutshell, if you see what we said in our presentation to investors in February we have done and more. There was going to be two licenses for the eye wand, one for each brand, but these have been combined now into one. And the license we really wanted on top of that is the Wave II and we got that.
I think we need to understand that the first major hurdle in all of these negotiations is to get a commitment from the brands for the license to be incurred beneath the PDA and that was what we wanted to achieve and have done so.

It is now the details that will be negotiated in the individual contracts where the lawyers will get their joy. But we are very pleased with where we are at, multiple brands, multiple products, pretty good position all committed. And perhaps more to come.

Sounds reasonably upbeat to me, and clarifies a few things - although still no commitment about revenue forecasts.
