Aaaah good old Magnis aka "the Triton of Tanzania". It's pretty obvious to the sophisticated investor that it's not going to work. Their offtakes are the common confetti variety so they'll have to go to the market like SYR did and SYR only got up through the underwriters. Lightning doesn't strike twice, even in China.
