Today is a good day to release an ANNOUNCEMENT.
The 38.5-39c is being held at the moment so today they will need buyers to wash into the 39c range to give it a natural rise backed on fundamentals.
The intent to drill ANN is next i presume.
A rise over 41c is a natural signal,no ANN then we may see some pressure as they balance the s/p between sellers and buyers today.
