I'm at a bit of a loss.. but for a lot of the products they will need to provide marketing packages to customers for acceptance. The size of these can vary from customer to customer depending on the plants and end use.
Although I can't disclose specific on one project I've worked on have required ridiculous "marketing packages" in the vicinity of 10-100 tonnes... Needless to say this stuff was not REE's or zirconia but the pilot tonnage could not meet this.. but anyway sometimes this is what is said in order to achieve market acceptance with certain customers.. Admittedly most are more reasonable

I'd been under the impression most of this had already happened.. But I have to admit I don't know why I thought that.

Anyway hence my comment about zirconia offtakes.

I wonder if there's something in the timing of purchasing the land and/or requiring cash on hand.. the presentation didn't really shed much light
