re: watch Xray1 - I hold for the inevitable U spin off. Diamonds icing on the cake. Possibly Barraman has more insight on that. Would not surprise if a few of Perth B/F's are going over the the ground re: other minerals in their East Perth offices.
I can't see too much down side from ~ 4cents.
