Those of us who were watching last Thurs saw exactly that: very violent swing up, then smackdown at the buy stop level......the commodities traders and market makers in in LON and NY know exactly what they are doing, playing the swings, taking out the stops, then selling it down.
It may well happen again. Tho this time we have the added driver of falling USD, now deep into the Support
range:
