How do you know some of the shares needing to be offloaded at market have not already been offloaded over the last few weeks.?
Im not sure we will go below 2 - I think the market is waiting to see what sort of deals come about now that LWP have hinted at various advanced discussions and testing. In the short term i think we will continue to flutter around the 3 pivot as we have been doing until then.
