HEARING OF CAZALY APPLICATION TO AMEND OBJECTIONS
We refer to the ASX announcement dated 28 August 2006.
The Company has been notified by the Warden’s Clerk that the application by Cazaly Iron Pty
Ltd to amend the objections to mining lease applications M46/437 to M46/440 by Hamersley
Resources Limited, Hanock Prospecting Pty Limited and Wright Prospecting Pty Limited is
listed for hearing before the Warden in Perth on 8 September 2006 and not on 6 September
2006 as previously advised by announcement on 28 August 2006.
