CR is good for us longs. Imbrace it...feels good.
Obviously they will need to raise if a binding Telco deal doesn't come along...like dah!!!
The world will keep spinning.
I've been playing with specs for a while now and more often than not when there is silence or seemingly wiered descions being made it means there is lots of stuff going on.
Now this is for fun and future gloating but this is my call on the state of play....

I reckon NOR had a binding with the Viet telco and went for an MOU when they realised other parties were sniffing around. Now why wouldn't they just sell to as many as possible? and follow through with the binding and add more as they arose. Maybe because a bigger fish, and I don't think it would be FB or alike, wants to talk...

Or it was an MOU all along and there are others lining up hence causing the apparent blackout of news due to Nor working there rings off behind the scene.

Now PO has mentioned multiple telcos quite openly on several occasions and with a little smirk on his face.
He would be nuts to talk this stuff up as he has without having a fair degree of confidence. I don't believe he is nuts so Iam going with the latter.

No TA used here just reading people and situations. I've found this my best tool with spec stocks.
