Clarification to Ann, page-96

I would not give any significance to the 27th of July. The license must come sometime in the "next 90 days". But 90 days from when? Is it :

1) 90 days from the end of the quarter (29 June)
2) 90 days from date of shareholder update (27 July)
3) 90 days from the term sheet which is awaiting execution (???)

The announcement of April 27 says #3 above. The announcement of April 28th says #1 or #2 and sort of #3. So really we have no idea. All I am assured of is it will happen. I expect the timing will be cleared up in a few weeks when the PDA and term sheets are actually signed.
