Good work Doug, sure it's depressing looking at the nonsense trolls post. I go through every post just in case there are any factual info, unfortunately they have none.

The market provides liquidity to those who wants to exchange their investment at a certain price, but who is the market? It's only the buyer and sellers who are willing to exchange. Are they all rational at the same time?

If I offered to buy your CBA shares for 1c would you sell them to me? Why not? Because you can find higher bidders. But what makes up their view how much the stock is worth? Making decisions without looking at the underlying business and its accounts is like going into the ocean without a compass.

The earth is round, not square. Even though it appears to be. The price is what the company appears to be, if you study their accounts you shall discover what is really is. Maybe some inaccuracies on the map, like people believed there was an inner ocean in Australia at one stage, but these errors have largely been corrected ( ASIC, EY, account write downs so on).

Hence, let's not just load up the truck, let's fill up the ship; and sail those glorious uncharted territories.

I have filled up mine, sails being set. Only thing is being waiting patiently for the right wind to blow.
