re: chance for caz to win... My feeling is that I am now more confident than ever that CAZ will eventually regain Shovelanna. Of course, I was confident before April 21, but we now have the benefit of hindsight, and since that date, a lot more information and revelations have come to light.

I am confident that both the Warden's hearing and the judicial review will find favourably for CAZ, based on all the legal arguments and precedents etc. What is unknown, though, is how long RIO will keep trying to delay things. It's possible that we may not get an outcome for several months. Having said that, remember that it's a judicial review, not a plaintiff/defendant case, so it really comes down to how long it takes for the judges panel to arrive at their decision. My guess is that it won't take too long. I'm no lawyer, but I would have thought that this case is reasonably cut and dried.

Either way, we can expect some volatility, but I am expecting $1 to be reached reasonably soon.
