ACAD PD drug approved with black box warning, page-3

With this added information about insider trading & other forms of FDA approval...I suspect we are the ones being 'dogged here.' We're into our 2nd year of the PCH with absolutely no real progress at all.....it appears beyond what is fair & reasonable. As this continues to drag on....and the SP continues its long downtrend because of this PCH.......corruption is a reasonable suspicion if it does exist within the organisation. Imagine if you have privileged information as to when (if ever) this PCH is going to be removed.......the SP will pop and presents a 'get rich quick' opportunity for those 'in the know.' Are we being played for suckers ? Hope not but it certainly emerges as a distinct possibility.
