For our chairman to only use the word 'optimistic' of obtaining PL doesn't sound confident , also the SI gov not yet giving a date to reapply doesn't sound like things are moving quick ref isabel , I thought our ties with the gov were portrayed to us of being strong , good job our ties to raising money are strong though
