Allowing for capacity of 10,000 per week isn't an indication of that being how much they think they'll sell, that's how much they think will provide a guarantee that they'll be able to service the highest possible demand. If they were aiming for 10k, they'd set initial capacity at 20k or something.

Not that this is a big deal. 5k a week would be fine. No need to lose heads.
