    They talk about funding expansion with project/debt financing and anticipate using cashflow for the rest...not just out of cashflows.

    In the short term the potential uplift in resource at Elk/Antelope is weighing on the shareprice due to contingent payments if they have >7Tcf. Long term this is a positive but short term cash will decrease.
