That very same thing (Time to buy), was said and pushed forward no end about twelve months ago when the sp was a lot higher than what it is at today.
Go figure!!!
All I can add to that is "Is there a method in someone's madness".??
One could be forgiven to think so after 4 long years of nothing and after being told of having to wait for at least another 4 before we will start doing some proper drilling and exploration. All of that while watching the sp going down to record levels.....
