re: the undertaker Doesnt the underwriter get 50m of shares no matter what?
The details of this confuses me somewhat. I am of the understanding that they will get 50m of options at 4.8c (4% underwriters fees) on a FIRM basis. My confusion is the "sub"-underwriting bit.
Stanton-Cook said on Friday that they were looking to get between $5.4m and $7.8m of funds by Sep 30, meaning that he is thinking that there will be at least 107m new shares issues from October 1.
Still confused ...
